Free product license
To better serve our users, we offer some of our components as free products.
For free components, you are allowed to use it for your own projects.
You are NOT allowed to distribute the components, publish them on Internet or use it for your clients.
If you need to use it for your clients, please purchase a redistribution or source code package.
Redistribution package
Redistribution package grants you the right to include the components in your application and offer it to your clients.
You may not distribute the component as a stand alone component.
Source code package
Source code package grants you the right to
modify part of the component source code as
long as you keep our copyright statement unchanged.
Source code package also includes the right
of a redistribution package, you may use it
in projects for your clients.
Online purchase
You can purchase all of our products directly from Internet.
You can also purchase by faxing an order to us and transfer money to our bank account.
An email will be sent to you soon after your purchase with an associated product key or a link to download the software.
Refund Policy
For each of our products, we have different
refund policy. For our source code packages,
we can not issue any refund due to the fact
that it is software source code.
1. qqMail redistribution package. 15 business days unconditional refund policy.
2. qqMail source code package. NO refund is possible.
3. Ueditor redistribution & source code package. NO refund is possible
4. Email verifier source code. NO refund is possible.
COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to our software products(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
music, text, and "applets" incorporated into our software products), the accompanying printed materials,
and any copies of the software products are owned by Eurofront or its suppliers.
Software products are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EUROFRONT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE PROVISION OF OR
FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF EUROFRONT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
